Pricing
Volume-based wholesale pricing with two options: warehouse pickup (lower price) or shipped price (includes delivery to commercial addresses in the contiguous US, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico)
Warranty Support

Talon offers the same warranty coverage for all bikes, whether purchased directly or through a dealer. Coverage begins on the original purchase date and applies to the original owner (non-transferable).
What’s covered
• Replacement parts for manufacturing defects (frame, battery, motor, etc.)
• Shipping costs for warranty parts
What’s not covered
• Installation labor, mechanic shop charges, or service fees
• Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or improper assembly

We offer two ways to receive your dealer orders:
1. Warehouse Pickup (Lower Price)
• Price: Excludes shipping costs — our lowest wholesale price
• Process: Dealer arranges and pays for pickup from our California warehouse
• Requirements: Appointment required; orders must be prepaid
• Best for: Dealers located near our warehouse or with existing freight arrangements
2. Shipped Price (Included Shipping)
• Price: Includes shipping to commercial addresses in the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico
• Carrier: FedEx or UPS
• Delivery Time:
◦ 48 contiguous states: Usually 3–7 business days
◦ Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico: Usually 11–16 business days
• Best for: Dealers who prefer door-to-door delivery without logistics coordination
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or remote delivery locations.
Both options are reflected in your dealer price sheet. Please specify your preference when placing an order.

Absolutely. Many of our dealers offer service and repairs. We provide:
• Service parts availability
• Technical support for common repairs
• Warranty claim processing for customer bikes purchased through your shop
Service center certification is available for dealers who complete product training.

Brick-and-mortar retail location preferred; established online retailers considered
Initial order
First order minimum: 1 - 5 units
Display space
In-store display area for at least 2 models
For qualified dealers within the United States.

All Talon e-bikes, regardless of purchase channel, are covered under our standard Warranty Policy. Warranty coverage begins on the original purchase date and applies to the original owner. For dealer-sold units, warranty claims are handled through our dealer support channel.
