1. Return Window
We want you to love your Talon Ebike. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your product. The 14-day period begins on the date of delivery (confirmed by carrier tracking).
2. Return Conditions

Products that do not meet these conditions may still be accepted with a fee (see Section 7).
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Replacement parts
- Accessories (unless unopened and in original packaging)
- Special orders
- Gift cards
- Freebie items
- Items purchased from partner bike stores
4. Return Shipping Cost

For accessories: Return shipping cost: $15–$50 depending on item size.The customer is responsible unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
4.1 What Is Considered a Quality Issue
A quality issue (manufacturing defect) means there is a flaw in material or workmanship that existed at the time of delivery and affects normal functionality.

Wearable parts (tires, brake pads, chain, cables, grips, spokes) are covered for 6 months against manufacturing defects. For full warranty details, please review our Warranty Policy.
5. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us: Email support@talonebike.com with order number, reason for return, and photos of the product
- Wait for approval: We will respond within 24–48 hours with a Return Authorization (RMA) number
- Ship the product: Pack securely in original packaging and ship to the address provided
Note: Unauthorized returns (without RMA) will not be accepted or refunded.
NOTICE: If your return or exchange request is approved by Talon Ebike, you may receive a new product or a refund. Talon Ebike will provide the shipping label—please do not ship the item(s) back before receiving the label.
After returning any items, please notify us with the tracking number. Once we receive your return, we will either replace the item with a new product or process your refund as soon as possible.
If the returned item does not meet the above requirements, please contact our support team at support@talonebike.com within 48 hours. We will handle it according to Article 7 of our return policy.
For returned or exchanged items, please allow 3–7 business days from the date we receive your item(s) to process the solution.
After that, the refund period is 7–15 business days (varies by bank).
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Restocking Fee: Refunds for orders placed with a discount code will be based on the final price paid after the discount, not the original retail price. This applies regardless of whether you return one item or multiple items.
If your order included gifts or promotional items, all gifted items must be returned together with the purchased products.
If the outer packaging is returned undamaged: Only the original shipping fee of $150 will be deducted (covers both restocking and return shipping).
If the outer packaging is damaged upon return: A restocking fee of 20% of the order total will apply, with no additional shipping fee deducted. The 20% covers both restocking and return shipping.
8. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7–15 business days to your original payment method. Actual posting time depends on your bank.
9. Shipping Damage
Shipping damage claims are extremely time-sensitive. It is your responsibility to inspect the e-bike immediately upon receipt. To initiate a claim for damaged parts, please follow these steps:
Before Signing: If a signature is required, please inspect the package and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
* Notification: Notify support@talonebike.com within 3 days of receiving your goods.
Required Evidence: You must provide the following to process your claim:
- A photo of the shipping label on the outer box.
- Photos of any damage to the outer box.
- Photos and a detailed video of the damaged area on the bike or inner packaging.
Resolution: Damage to parts during shipping is not covered by our standard Limited Warranty; however, Talonebike will replace such damaged parts or provide compensation for free, provided the evidence above is submitted within the 3-day window.
Important: Please do not discard any original packaging until the issue is fully resolved.
10. Exchanges (Model Swaps)
To exchange for a different model: contact us, place a new order, and return the original bike. Return shipping: $150 (if non-quality issue). Shipping for new bike: Free (if order qualifies).

Important Notice: To ensure fast delivery, orders enter fulfillment immediately. Once a tracking number is generated—even if not yet picked up by the carrier—the item is considered shipped.Please verify your details within 12 hours of ordering. Any changes or cancellations after this window will be treated as "After-Shipment" and subject to associated fees.
