How do I switch between single and dual motor mode while riding?
To switch motor modes while riding, press and hold the "+" button on the handlebar control pad.
Look at the display screen — you’ll see an e-bike icon.
• When the icon shows a TalonEbike bolt (⚡) on the rear wheel only, the bike is in single motor mode (rear-wheel drive only).
• When the icon shows TalonEbike bolts (⚡) on both wheels, the bike is in dual motor mode (all-wheel drive).
Note: Single motor mode is rear-wheel drive only. Dual motor mode engages both wheels for extra traction and power — ideal for climbing or aggressive trails.
How long until I receive my bike?
The order will be process in 1 business day. Once the order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email. We use FedEx or UPS for shipping. Please allow usually 3-7 business days for the shipment to arrive at your designated location. Any delivery dates provided by TALON ebike are estimates.
Do I need a license for riding Ebike?
No, you don’t need a license for riding Ebike. Please read Safety Instructions carefully for your safety.
How do I charge my battery?
You can check the Battery and Charger of our E-BIKE USER MANUAL. The methods are listed in the manual with more detail.
How to clean my Ebike?
We recommended you to take off the battery. Otherwise, you can clean the E-bike as the normal bike.
Dose the batteries and work an a time?
Yes, we use battery balancer to make the battery work safely and efficiently.
